Another Successful Result!

Olympus home buyers got their title deeds with the correct strategy of Alkan Law Firm.

Olympus home buyers had signed sale contracts with the land owner and the construction company in 2004-2005 which located in Karsiyaka. Since that the buyers was fighting with a bank which registered a memorandum and a sale order to their villas.

Our firm started a legal progress against both the sale order and the memorandum. Finally buyers got their title deed after 15 years of battle.
